Assert that a schedule run was recorded and return the matching run.
Parameters
- runs: readonly RecordedScheduleRun[]
  Runs captured by createRecordingScheduleRunner(...).
- expectation: RecordedScheduleRunExpectation
  Partial schedule fields to match.
Returns RecordedScheduleRun
The matching schedule run.

Throws
Error when no run matches.
