Assert that an outbox message exists and return it.
Parameters
- source: OutboxMessageAssertionSource
  Memory outbox or message snapshot array.
- expectation: OutboxMessageExpectation
  Partial message fields to match.
Returns OutboxMessage
The matching message.

Throws
Error when no message matches.
